hmmmm...interesting perspective. I would say that the opinion of a legal scholar carries some pretty significant weight. what it should really say, in a normal voice, is ".... because the author of this OPINION piece THINKS the scandal is serious and is vain enough to assume that all the Media should agree with him." Wouldn't you agree?
